MANITOBA MOOSE RECALL COLTON PHINNEY

Winnipeg, MB - The Manitoba Moose, in conjunction with their ECHL affiliate, the Jacksonville Icemen, announced today the Moose have recalled goaltender Colton Phinney from the Icemen.

Phinney, 24, is in his first season of professional hockey. The Chatham, N.J. product owns a 3-7-1 record with a 3.49 goals against average and a 0.878 save percentage in 15 appearances with Jacksonville. Prior to his professional career, Phinney spent four seasons at Princeton University where he played in 110 games, compiling a record of 27-74-9 with a 3.10 goals against average and 0.912 save percentage.
