
Mammoth Visits Hospitalized Veterans, Medical Staff

DENVER - In honor of National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans Week and four days before the team's "ËMilitary Appreciation Night', the Colorado Mammoth visited with hospitalized military veterans and medical staff at the Denver VA Medical Center on Tuesday afternoon. 2012 National Lacrosse League MVP John Grant Jr. and head coach Bob Hamley were joined by members of the Wild Bunch dance team.
"It was a great honor to meet those who served and to thank them for protecting our freedom," said Grant. "I am forever indebted to our Armed Forces."
