QUACK TRACKS
Sweep
The Mallards last weekend swept a pair of home games from the Denver Cutthroats. Those wins were the Mallards' first back-to-back victories of the season and lifted the Mallards two games over .500 for the first time this season.
Goals, Goals, Goals
The Mallards have scored 34 goals and conceded 27. They lead the Central Hockey League in goals scored (4.9) per game and allow the second most (3.9) per game. The Mallards have scored at least four goals in six of their first seven games.
Home Sweet Home
The Mallards last weekend completed a four-game homestand that saw them go 3-1-0. They have gone 4-2-0 at home this season.
On the Road
The Mallards, who played six of their first seven games at home, this weekend begin a stretch of five straight road games.
Shoot on Sight
The Mallards, who still lead the league in shots per game (37.7), were outshot in each of their two games last weekend after outshooting the opposition in each of their first five games.
Six Shooter
Vladimir Nikiforov has recorded points in each of the Mallards' last six games (3-7-10) after failing to register a point in the season opener.
Four Score
Jeff Lee has scored four goals (and added one assist) in his last four games. Linemate Thomas Frazee has likewise notched points in four straight games (1-5-6).
Between The Pipes
Thomas Heemskirk made 32 saves in last Friday's win- his second straight victory. One night later, Ty Rimmer made a team season high 37 saves.
Leaders
Mike Hellyer and Jim McKenzie are tied for ninth in the CHL in goals (5)...Mike Stinziani is tied for tenth in points (11)...Nicholas Rioux (+9) is tied for second in plus/minus rating.
Firsts
Thomas Frazee scored his first Mallard goal last Friday...Nick Grasso last Friday made his professional debut and scored his first pro goal.
Milestones
Matt Duffy has notched 98 career points...Gabriel Levesque has played 97 career games...Darren McMillan has collected 94 career CHL assists.
Special Teams
The Mallards rank fourth in the CHL in power play efficiency (19.2 percent) and lead the league in power plays per game (6.7). The Mallards, who have allowed a power play goal in each of their last six games, rank seventh in penalty killing (80.6 percent).
Head to Head
The Mallards last weekend won their first two meetings of the season with Denver and this weekend complete a stretch of four straight games against the Cutthroats. After this weekend, the Mallards will not see the Cutthroats again until they wrap up the season series by playing three straight games against Denver on March 12, 14 and 15. Since the Cutthroats entered the CHL last season, the Mallards have gone 6-1-0 overall and 1-1-0 on the road against Denver.

$1 Dog/$1 Beer Night Presented by 97X
Every Friday night home game this season is a $1 Dog/$1 Beer Night of the season presented by 97X. Fans will be able to purchase $1 beer and $1 hot dogs at iWireless Center concession stands during each of those Friday tilts.
Saturday, November 30, 7:05 p.m.- Mallards vs. Tulsa Oilers
The Teddy Bear Toss will make its annual return when the Mallards do battle with the Tulsa Oilers on November 30. Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped stuffed animals to that game and throw them on the ice immediately after the Mallards' first goal. Those teddy bears will then be donated to children in need in the Quad Cities area just in time for the holidays.

The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.
