Last Game
Chase Lang scored twice as the host Mallards ripped off six unanswered goals on the way to a 6-1 victory over the Indy Fuel Saturday night.
Central
The third-place Mallards are three points ahead of the fourth-place Wings in the Central Division standings. The Mallards have two games in hand on Kalamazoo. The Mallards went 3-2-1 while playing each of their last six games against division opposition.
Axtell
The Mallards have gone 13-6-1 in 20 games since Phil Axtell took over as head coach on January 20.
Home Sweet Home
With Saturday night's win the Mallards finished a three-game homestand 2-0-1.
Six Shooter
The Mallards have scored six goals in two of their last three games. The Mallards bookended their three-game homestand with a 6-4 victory over the Wichita Thunder on Sunday, February 26 and Saturday's 6-1 win over the Fuel.
