Mallards Announce Dates for Kids Days and Kids Clinics for 2014

Madison, WI - February 19, 2014. The Madison Mallards will be hosting Kids Days and Kids Clinics again in 2014.

The Kids Days, presented by Meriter and Physicians Plus, will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM at the "Duck Pond" on both Friday May 30th and Thursday July 17th. Tickets to Kids Day are $8 and include admission to Kids Day and a hot dog, soda, and chips lunch. Kids will get to play kickball and home run derby with Mallards players, enjoy face painting, bounce houses, ballpark tours, and more!

The Madison Mallards will once again host baseball clinics for area players at the "Duck Pond." The clinics feature instruction from Mallards Manager Donnie Scott, and members of the Mallards. The clinics will be held from 9 AM to Noon on Wednesday June 25th and Thursday July 24th. Included in the fee is a Mallards ticket and lunch at the "Duck Pond." Kids who sign up for the June 25th clinic will receive a ticket to that night's game. Kids who sign up for the July 24th clinic will receive a ticket to the game on July 25th. Both clinics will feature an emphasis in fundamental form and instruction, hitting and fielding work. After each clinic each participant will get a hot dog, soda, and chips. Entry is $40 per participant for each clinic. If a child signs up for both clinics it is $70.
