
Majors-Bulls Swing Trade

Mississauga St. Michael's Majors News Release
TORONTO, ON â The Toronto St.
Michael's Majors and Belleville Bulls completed a fairly substantial trade this
afternoon. Going to the Bulls are forwards Ryan Rorabeck and Connor Cameron
while centreman John Adams comes to Toronto, along with a conditional draft
pick.
Adams is a native of St. John's, Newfoundland. Last season, his first in the OHL,
the 18 year-old tallied 17 goals and 17 assists, for 34 points, in 65 regular season
games to sit fourth in scoring on the Bulls. His 5 power-play goals also tied for
2nd on the team. So far this season, the 6'1", 192 lb. forward has notched 7 points
in 14 games. He was the Bulls 4th Round choice, 72nd overall in the 2003 OHL
Priority Selection.
Rorabeck and Cameron had been with the Majors since the 2001-02 and 2002-03 seasons,
respectively. Rorabeck contributed 101 points in 193 career regular season games
and 20 points in 45 playoff contests. The 1st Round pick from 2001 has 9 points in
13 games so far this season. He was a 9th Round selection of the Carolina
Hurricanes in the 2003 NHL Draft.
Cameron has 1 goal in 9 games so far this season. Over his career with the Majors,
he recorded 38 points in 120 regular season games and 9 points in 35 playoff
contests. The Summerside, PEI native was the Majors 11th Round choice, 119th
overall in 2002.
The Majors will travel to Peterborough this evening (October 28th) for a 7:00 pm
contest, return home to host Brampton tomorrow night (October 29th) at 7:30 pm
before wrapping up the weekend by entertaining Barrie on Sunday afternoon (October
31st) at 2:00 pm. Both home games will be available on Rogers television in the
Toronto region (channel 10 or 63) and all three will be webcast at
www.stmichaelsmajors.com.
