Sanford Mainers News Release
SANFORD, Maine - The Sanford Mainers announced today a change in their ticket prices for the 2021 season.
Effectively immediately, ticket prices for entry to any Mainers home game have increased $2 within the respective ticket category of Adult (ages 13-59), Senior (60-plus), Child (12-under), and Military. Adult general admission will now be $7 (up from $5), with the remaining increasing to $5 (up from $3).
"The Mainers have strived to provide affordable family-friendly entertainment since the inception of the team in 2002," the team's Chairman of the Board, Jacob Ouellette said. "Unfortunately, with the challenges brought on from the COVID-19 pandemic, including the decrease in sponsorship and increase in expenses surrounding precautionary measures, this move was one we felt we had to make at this time."
Season tickets will not increase at this time and will remain at the same investment level of $70 for Adults and $40 for Seniors, Children, and Military personnel.
"We highly recommend that fans who plan to attend a majority of Mainers games this summer purchase a season ticket," Ouellette said. "In addition, with a current capacity limit at Goodall Park due to the pandemic, season ticket holders will receive first priority for entry to the ballpark."
