Mad Ants Announce IOPO Awareness Night

FORT WAYNE, IN (February 17, 2014) -The Fort Wayne Mad Ants presented by the Lutheran Health Network have partnered with the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization to present IOPO Night at the Mad Ants game on Saturday, February 22nd. The Indiana Organ Procurement Organization is dedicated to providing the citizens of Indiana with the information needed to make an informed decision about donation and to register their personal decision. The Mad Ants have partnered with IOPO to raise awareness for the organization.
The Mad Ants will wear customized jerseys celebrating IOPO, uniquely branded with both the Mad Ants and IOPO's "Donate Life" logos. Select jerseys will be available via a silent auction during the game, with all net proceeds going back to the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization. As part of the festivities of the night, the Mad Ants will recognize select IOPO volunteers at halftime.
The Mad Ants will tip-off against the Sioux Falls Skyforce at 7:30pm on Saturday at the Memorial Coliseum and the Chicago Bulls' world-famous mascot, Benny the Bull, will be entertaining the crowd throughout the night.
