Lynx unveil "a plan for every fan" campaign
July 1, 2005 - ECHL (ECHL)
Augusta Lynx News Release
With less than 15 weeks before the opener of the team's eighth season in the CSRA, as new coach Bob Ferguson leads his club against the South Carolina Stingrays on Friday, October 21, the Augusta Lynx today announce its new "A PLAN FOR EVERY FAN" campaign, with an all-new menu of ticket packages designed to fit every lifestyle and every budget.
While Lynx full Season Ticket prices remain the lowest in the ECHL, the team will now offer two new ticket options - the Half Season Plan and Weekend Plan - with the goal of offering fans more flexibility and options.
"Not everyone can make the commitment with full season tickets, but many fans have told us they would love to enjoy the benefits of being a Lynx season ticket holder, but simply don't have the time or the budget," Lynx Assistant General Manager Rob Mueller said. "A Plan for Every Fan" gives more fans a chance to be a part of the team."
The Half Season Plan has two options with two unique sets of game dates to allow fans an opportunity to pick and choose the nights that best fit their schedules. Half Season Plan holders will get 19 games for the price of 18, with the Lynx treating fans to Opening Night of the 2005-06 Season for free. Half Season Ticket Holders also get most of the great benefits offered to Full Season Ticket Holders. Half Season Tickets in the Lower Level are available for just $234 and in the Mezzanine Level for only $180.
The Weekend Plan also has two options - one offers all Friday and Sunday games, while the other is our slate of Saturday Night games. Again, the Lynx are offering Opening Night for free with the Weekend Plan, giving fans 13 games for the price of 12. The Weekend Plan is available for only $165, Lower Bowl seating only.
10-Game Flex Plans are also available, allowing fans to pick and choose 10 games or using all 10 vouchers to bring friends to one game. The Flex Plan gives fans 10 games for the price of nine, and are available for $130 in the Lower Bowl and $120 in the Mezzanine Level.
All Half Season, Weekend Plan and 10-Game Flex Plan packages are available now, unlike in past seasons when partial season plans were not available until August 1.
Full Season Tickets still offer fans the best value and most benefits, including an all-new perk just added: "Bring a Buddy" - For every Season Ticket you own, you get two free tickets to a game during the 2005-06 season to bring a friend. Other Full Season Ticket benefits include Anytime Ticket Exchange for unused tickets, a free subscription to The Sporting News, a Lynx Fan Vehicle Gift Pack including a decal, flag and license plate, Guaranteed Giveaways, invitation to STH-only events like the Skills Competition and Skate with the Players and Preseason Meet and Greet, and STH-only premium content at www.AugustaLynx.com.
Lynx Ticket Plan brochures and forms and complete details on all ticket plans and benefits are available online for download at www.AugustaLynx.com.
