The LumberKings returned home Saturday night to take on the Normal CornBelters. A Great River Division matchup between the two their second of the season.
The LumberKings jumped out to a 1-0 in the bottom of the first by way of a sacrifice fly to centerfield to bring home Anthony Mangano. Unfortunately for the LumberKings that would be the only run they would score in the contest.
