Lucky Fan to Win Halloween Experience with Chubby, Carolina Ghostbusters

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - One lucky Charlotte-area resident will win the opportunity to have Checkers mascot Chubby and the Carolina Ghostbusters, along with the Ectobmobile, at their house for Halloween.

Individuals who live within 20 miles of Uptown Charlotte can enter to win at www.gocheckers.com now through Wednesday, Oct. 24. A drawing will take place the morning of Oct. 25 and the appearance will occur Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 4-7 p.m. For more information on the Carolina Ghostbusters, visit www.carolinaghostbusters.com.

The Checkers begin a nine-game road trip Saturday in Houston (8:05 p.m. ET - ESPN730.com) to start the season and will return to Charlotte for the home opener on Sunday, Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com and the Time Warner Cable Arena box office.
