
Louisville Bats to Host Thunder over Louisville During Seven-Game

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Louisville Bats return from their first road trip of the season with a 5-6 record after winning three of four at Huntington Park in Columbus, Ohio. The next seven games will be played at Louisville Slugger Field from April 18 - 23 against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (4-6) and South Division leading Durham Bulls (7-4).
Louisville outfielder Sebastian Elizalde is second in the International League in batting (.429), first in hits (18) and first in total bases (26). He saw his nine-game hitting streak to begin the season come to an end on Sunday in Columbus.
Tuesday, April 18 is ALS Night where there will be a pregame check presentation on the field and also a radio interview with the Voice of the Bats, Nick Curran. Fans will also be able to get information about ALS on the concourse. As always on Tuesday's, fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs and $1 Pepsi all game long and also play Baseball Bingo when the Bats are hitting.
Thursday, April 20 is another $1 Budweiser Happy Hour from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. on the Overlook Deck. Timmy & Sharfe will play live music until 6:25 p.m.
Friday, April 21 there will not be fireworks after the game due to Thunder Over Louisville on Saturday. Craft Beer Night returns at the Left Field Beer Trailer and the Jack Daniels Country Cocktail drink special returns where fans can try all three flavors in a 16 oz. can for $5 each.
Saturday, April 22 is Thunder Over Louisville at Louisville Slugger Field. Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. and first pitch is scheduled for 2:05 p.m. Hello Weekend will play a postgame concert on the field after the game. For $5 per person, fans can buy a Field Access Pass, which will get them on the field after the game for the postgame concert, air show and fireworks that night.
