
Longest road trip of season begins Friday night

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Indianapolis Ice will kick off its ten-game road trip Friday night beginning with an 8:05 p.m. face-off against the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs.
The upcoming road trip spans over a 22-day period in which ten games will be played in eight different cities. The Ice owns a combined record of 16-8-2 against its eight road trip opponents and will be facing San Angelo and Amarillo for the first time this season and Lubbock for the first time in franchise history.
The entire trip, with stops in Shreveport, Fort Worth, Lubbock, Wichita, Tulsa, San Angelo, Odessa and Amarillo will cover 5,225 miles overall.
After Friday's contest the Ice will play Saturday against the Fort Worth Brahmas at 8:30 p.m., followed by a matinee Sunday evening against the Lubbock Cotton Kings at 6:00 p.m.
