Lubbock GunSlingers News Release
The Lubbock Lone Stars have released their roster for Saturday's game against the Odessa Roughnecks. The only major changes are at the safety and receiver positions.
Coach Larry Jones will rejoin the team after four weeks on the injured reserve roster. Jones, who will likely start at the middle safety position, is still tied as the team leader in interceptions with two.
Raymond Hardy is also coming back from the IR. Hardy, who led the team in receptions and receiving yards before his knee injury, will take the place in injured Alfonso Pugh. Hardy has 20 receptions for 254 yards and 6 touchdowns through the first three games.
Alfonso Pugh and Louis Fite will not play this week; both are suffering from ankle injuries. Adrian Perez is still one week away from making his debut with the team; he and Laurence Nolen are on the practice squad for the next week.
