Logan Baldwin Named SAL Player of the Week

North Augusta, SC: The Augusta GreenJackets, South Atlantic League affiliate of San Francisco Giants, are proud to announce that outfielder Logan Baldwin has been named SAL Player of the Week. This week's award ranges from the dates of May 7th through the 13th.
This week, Baldwin hit .536, going 15-28 at the plate. He also hit one home run and had six extra base hits. He drove in seven runs, while scoring seven himself. On the base pads, he stole two bases. Baldwin is tied for second in SAL for stolen bases with 13 overall this season.
Baldwin is a Georgia native who grew up in Ringgold, which is four hours away from North Augusta. He is a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University.
Baldwin is the first GreenJacket to be awarded player of the week this season.
