Lock Monsters Set Pre-Season Road Game

LOWELL, Mass. - The Lowell Lock Monsters will compete in one pre-season match during their 2005 Training Camp. The game is set for Saturday, October 1st against the Hartford Wolf Pack at the Champions Skating Center in Cromwell, Connecticut. Game time is 6:00 p.m.
The game will be a rematch for Hartford, who was victimized last season by the Lock Monsters in the opening round of the playoffs. Lowell ousted the Wolf Pack four games to two in the best-of-seven Atlantic Division Semi-final. This will be Lowell fans' only chance to see the Lock Monsters prior to Opening Night on Friday, October 14th against Manchester at the Tsongas Arena.
Tickets for the pre-season match will be available only at the door on the night of the game. The Champions Skating Center is located at 6 Progress Drive in Cromwell and the phone number is (860) 632-0323. Tickets are just $5.00, and doors will open at 5:00 p.m. All proceeds from the game will benefit the Connecticut Clippers, a non-profit hockey development group.
There's only 58 days remaining until Opening Night on October 14th against the Manchester Monarchs at the Tsongas Arena.
