Lobsters' Isner Finally Beats Mahut in Marathon Match at Wimbledon

At 70-68 in the fifth set, after a record 11 hours, 5 minutes spread over three days this past week at Wimbledon.

John Isner will be in Boston on July 13, when he plays for the Boston Lobsters against Springfield Lasers.

This is the only date Isner is playing WTT and the Boston Lobsters are thrilled he is part of our team!

John Isner of the Boston Lobsters, wins in record breaking 5th set with a score of 70-68 -- record breaking set lasting 8 hours, 11 minutes in longest match ever played in tennis history (total 11 hrs 5 min) Isner had 112 aces during record 980 points played!

John Isner is the No.#2 American and is a great addition to the Boston Lobsters 2010 All American Team.
