Idaho Steelheads News Release

Boise, ID (9/23/14) - Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Brad Ralph announced Tuesday that the ECHL's Idaho Steelheads have agreed to terms with forward James Livingston.

The 24-year-old Livingston has appeared in 202 pro hockey games, all of them in the American Hockey League for the Worcester Sharks and Manchester Monarchs. Between the Sharks and Monarchs last season, Livingston totaled a career-best eight goals and 23 points in 67 games. He spent the end of last season in Manchester as a teammate of Steve Quailer, who agreed to terms with Idaho last week. Livingston was also a third-round draft pick of the NHL's St. Louis Blues in 2008.

Ralph on Livingston: "James is a solid, two-way player who plays the game the right way. He'll add offense and grit to our lineup along with leadership qualities."

Group outings at a Steelheads game are a great way to gather friends, colleagues, or co-workers for a fun night out in downtown Boise. Ticket prices are discounted and you can get a Pepsi, Double-R Ranch Hot Dog, and bag of Tim's Cascade Chips with each ticket. Contact the Steelheads front office at 208.383.0080 or log on to www.idahosteelheads.com for more information.
