Lingren recalled to AHL

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings announced today that Defenseman Steve Lingren has been recalled to the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL). Lingren signed a contract with the Admirals on March 13th and was assigned to the Salmon Kings until his U.S. immigration paperwork was complete.

The 6'0", 195-lb Assistant Captain of the Salmon Kings is tied for second in the ECHL in power play goals (15), and leads all Defenseman in total goals this season (22). He tallied 47 points in 62 games with the Salmon Kings.

Victoria hits the road to challenge the Phoenix Roadrunners, Long Beach Ice Dogs, Stockton Thunder, Fresno Falcons and Alaska Aces. They return home for a two game battle versus the Utah Grizzlies on April 7th and 8th.
