Lights FC played their third of six consecutive USL Championship road games by facing Indy Eleven. This marked the first ever matchup between these franchises.

Lights FC goalkeeper Leo Diaz registered four saves in his first clean sheet of the season. This was the second earliest shutout in a USL campaign for Las Vegas, with Thomas Olsen's season opener clean sheet in 2019 being the only other time the team didn't allow a goal in their first 3 games of a season.

The Las Vegas defense has conceded only three goals so far in 2023, that's least amount of goals Lights FC has allowed in their first three games of a season.

With this draw, Lights FC has now gone undefeated in their first three games of the year. This is the third time in franchise history that the team has had a streak of at least three games without losing on the road during a season.

NEXT GAME:

Lights FC will host a second round matchup of the US Open Cup this Wednesday, April 5th by facing on the L.A. Force. This contest will take place at UNLV's Peter Johann Soccer Field, starting at 7 p.m.

NEXT HOME GAME:

Las Vegas will play their first regular season home game of the year on Friday, Cinco de Mayo at 7:30 p.m. against the Charleston Battery at Cashman Field.
