Coach Daleo to speak at Coach's Clinic and work camp The frequent flyer miles are really starting to add up for Coach Daleo. It has been two weeks since the coach returned from China, now he is flying the friendly skies again; this time he is headed to Santo Sofia , Italy. Santo Sofia is located just outside of Florence, Italy.
Coach Daleo has been invited to work the World Basketball Sport Center (WBSC) Super Camp. The camp is being held at Sportilia in Santo Sofia, Italy. Sportilia is the center chosen by many Italian and foreign federations as a retreat for their national teams. From June 18th through July 2, the coach will be instructing and evaluating basketball players from throughout Europe.
"This is a very prestigious camp." Said Coach Daleo. "It is an honor and a privilege that they have asked me to be an active participant. I am really excited to be apart of this camp. This is going to be a great opportunity for me." Besides working the camp, Coach Daleo will also be a guest speaker for a coach's clinic for the Italian Federation of Basketball Coaches. This is a two-day event and the Lightning Boss will be lecturing on shooting drills and techniques.
"I find it quite flattering that the Directors of Super Camp have asked me to speak. Coaches from throughout Europe will be in attendance. I am going to have a lot of fun and hopefully learn something."
