
Lightning to battle Mayhem

The Lightning will host the Michigan Mayhem tonight at the Rockford MetroCentre.
Tip-Off is set for 7:05 P.M. (CST). The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive
a free Rockford Lightning hat sponsored by WXRX.
This will be the fifth meeting of the season between the Mayhem and Lightning.
Rockford has come out ahead in each of the previous meetings by an average of 12.0
points per contest. Ronnie Fields leads the team against Michigan averaging 23.8
points and 8.0 rebounds in the four games this season.
Tonight is the Lightning's last home game until January 19. The team will be
traveling to Idaho and Yakima to take on the Stampede and Sky Force this weekend.
They will then travel to Dakota to take on the Wizards in back-to-back games on
January 12, and 13. Fans can follow along with all of the Lightning's road games

webcasts.
The CBA All-Star game will be on Tuesday, January 17, in Boise, Idaho. Eastern
conference selections will be announced Wednesday, January 4, with western
conference selections following on Thursday, January 5. The coaches for the game
will be announced Monday, January 9.
