Lightning schedule open tryouts

Los Angles, CA - The Los Angeles Lightning have announced the dates for their open tryouts. Tryouts will be held at the Gilbert Sports Arena in Thousand Oaks, in two separate sessions: March 29 & 30, and April 4 & 5. Tryouts will be in front of new head coach, Ron Quarterman, as well as scouts and staff members from the league and team. Competitors will play two games and go through several sets of drills and workouts.
Lightning General Manager Mark Harwell comments - "LA has a huge pool of talent and we are looking for the best to compete with energy and provide entertainment and skill for the audience."
Los Angeles Lightning open tryout details:
Saturday, March 29 5pm-9pm
Sunday, March 30 1pm-5pm
Friday, April 4 1pm-5pm
Saturday, April 5 1pm-5pm
The Gilbert Sports Arena - 60 West Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
Applicants need to arrive one hour in advance to fill out paperwork and go through registration. There will be a $200 registration fee upon arrival. Attendees will have the opportunity to accompany the team to the veteran's camp on April 14 - 17.
