
Chill To Lend A Hand To Local Leagues

The Edmonton Chill are proud to be invited to the wrap up tournaments for two local basketball leagues to serve as guest speakers and display some of the team's prodigious talent. Several members of the team will be on hand to welcome and encourage participants at the Strathcona Basketball Association tournament in Sherwood Park and the Edmonton Native Basketball Association tournament here in Edmonton.
Head Coach Paul Sir will speak at both events welcoming players, coaches and fans and stressing the values of sportsmanship and teamwork. He will be accompanied at both tournaments by Chill players as well as the Chill Dance Team who will give folks a taste of what to expect this spring when the team tips-off their first season in the IBL.
The team also finalized their relationship with the Toronto Raptors which will be centered on the Chill's players having the attention of the Raptor's scouting department each spring as they prepare for the NBA Summer Pro League.
