
Les Haggett Named Reebok Hockey ECHL Plus Performer of the Month

TRENTON, NJ â The ECHL announced on Saturday that Trenton Titans rookie forward Les Haggett is the Reebok Hockey ECHL Plus Performer of the Month with a plus-minus rating of +8 in April.
The 24-year-old Haggett finished third on the team in scoring for April with six assists and seven points in six games, helping Trenton go 5-1-0 and secure the second seed in the North Division.
The 6-0 and 185-pound Haggett joined the Titans on March 19 after completing his career at Brown University where he was a teammate of Trenton All-Star forward Brent Robinson. After two games with Trenton, Haggett was teamed up with Robinson and veteran captain Rick Kowalsky to form one of the most explosive lines for Titans, registering 39 points (15g, 24a) and a +29 plus-minus rating over the final nine games of the regular season. Haggett has scored 10 points (3g-7a) and has a plus-minus rating of +10 in 11 games with the Titans.
A native of Norwood, N.Y., Haggett played four seasons at Brown scoring 101 points (35g-66a) in 121 career games. In his senior year, he was an assistant captain and led the team with 26 points (11g-15a) in 31 games.
Haggett becomes the second player in the six-year history of the Trenton Titans to win the Plus Performer of the Month. Vince Williams took the honor in October of 2000. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CUP!!
