
Legends set National Anthem tryouts for February 14-15

Local singers and musicians will again have the opportunity to step into the spotlight at a Lexington Legends game.
The Legends, in partnership with ESPN Sportsradio 1300 and WTVQ-TV 36, will hold their annual national anthem tryouts Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, February 15 at Fayette Mall in Lexington, in the wing of the mall near Dick's Sporting Goods. The tryouts will run from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, February 14 and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday February 15.
Each candidate will sing the national anthem at the tryouts, and those selected from the tryouts will sing the anthem at a Legends game at Applebee's Park this season.
