The Legends will make baseball at Applebee's Park even more enjoyable - and economical - for veteran fans in 2009 with the launch of the Silver Sluggers Club for fans age 55 and over.
For the younger crowd, age 12 and under, the Lexington Legends Kids Club, presented by Jif, is back for another year of fun for the children with savings for mom and dad. The value of each club membership can amount to well over $100, but the price is far less.
Legends announce $774,000 in donations for 2008
The Lexington Legends today (Dec. 12) announced donations for 2008 totaling $774,000 to a variety of non-profit organizations serving Central Kentucky.

Alan Stein, President and CEO of the Lexington Legends and the Omaha Royals, has been honored with the first-ever Presidential Citation from Minor League Baseball for outstanding service.
