Legends Acquire Delonte West

Frisco, TX (Mar. 12, 2015)--The Texas Legends have acquired returning player Delonte West. West is expected to be in uniform for the Legends' home game tonight.

West (6-4, 180, St. Joseph's) was selected 24th overall by the Boston Celtics in the 2004 NBA Draft. West has eight years of NBA experience averaging 9.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.1 steals. In 2012-13, West played eight games with the Texas Legends averaging 10.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.2 steals in 28.4 minutes. West joined the Chinese CBA team Fujian last season where he averaged 22.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 2.4 steals, and comes to the Legends from the CBA's Shanghai Dongfang.

West will wear #31 tonight as the Legends host the Delaware 87ers at 7pm. For tickets or information call 214-469-0822.
