Lee Called Up to AHL Chicago

The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today that defensemen Brian Lee has been called up to the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League.

Lee becomes the second defenseman to be called up to the Wolves from the Gladiators this season. Lee returns to the AHL after appearing in 47 games last season with the Norfolk Admirals where he collected a goal and six assists for 7 points.

The Berrien Springs, Michigan native has collected a goal and 5 assists for 6 points in 38 games this season with the Gladiators. Lee posted a +12 plus/minus ranking for the Gladiators through the first 13 games of the season.

Lee should be available for the Wolves for their 8 p.m. tilt against the Toronto Marlies on Wednesday night.
