
Ledo Pizza Returns to RFK for 2011 D.C. United Season

Washington, D.C. (March 30, 2011) - D.C. United announced today that Ledo Pizza has returned to RFK Stadium for the 2011 Major League Soccer season. A fan favorite, Ledo will have two stands (sections 208 and 228) selling their unique square pizzas as well as hot dogs and popcorn inside RFK. This is the same great pizza that was once enjoyed by sports legends Yogi Berra and Joe Namath. Ledo Pizza was founded in 1995 by Robert Beall near the University of Maryland. Known for its square pizzas, thin crust, sweet sauce, and thick pepperoni, Ledo Pizza has grown to 99 locations around DC, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, North Carolina, and even as far south as Florida.
