League Places Eight Talons on All-af2 Teams

Tulsa, OK- The arenafootball2 League office named eight Tulsa Talons to the 2003 ALL-af2 First and Second Teams for the National Conference. Tulsa's eight overall selections led the league while Tennessee Valley had the second-highest total with six.

Three Talons were named to the First Team including Fullback/Linebacker Corky Martin, Offensive Lineman/Defensive Lineman Josh McMillan and Offensive/Defensive Lineman Ramon Richardson. Five Talons were voted to the Second Team including Quarterback Craig Strickland, Offensive Specialist Tacoma Fontaine, Wide Receiver/Defensive Back Al Hunt, Wide Receiver/Linebacker Mitch Allner and Kicker Tony Dodson.

"This is a great honor," said Talons Head Coach Skip Foster. "We have a quality football team with a lot of guys that deserve these kinds of accolades and I'm really tickled to death for the guys that were recognized as top players by the other coaches in the league and the media.

For the first time in history, the League named an ALL-af2 First and Second Team for each conference using votes collected from af2 head coaches and members of the media.
