Las Vegas Lights and Global Apparel Brand Hummel Sign Multi-Year Apparel Partnership

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Las Vegas Lights FC today announced that iconic Danish sportswear brand hummel will be the club's new apparel partner. hummel will provide the Lights home, away and alternate kits, as well as training gear, travel wear and select retail options.

This collaboration marks the first apparel partnership under the club's new owner and chairman, José Bautista.

"As we begin a new era of Las Vegas Lights FC, we are pleased to be able to do so alongside hummel as our new apparel partner," said Las Vegas Lights FC Owner Jose Bautista. "Today, we're joining forces with a global brand that has a strong footprint in our sport and a reputation for quality, style, and innovation. On the heels of the agreement, Bautista is slated to reveal one of the club's new, hummel-branded kit this weekend as he takes on the role of honorary pace car driver for the Pennzoil 400 Presented by Jiffy Lube at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 3. Details on additional hummel-branded Lights jersey reveals (home and alternate) will be announced in the near future as the Club prepares for its March 9 debut on the road.

Las Vegas Lights FC will kick off the new campaign on Saturday, March 9 when it visits Memphis 901 FC before its home opener against FC Tulsa on Saturday, March 16 at Cashman Field. The club has added a number of exciting new players to this year's squad, including the Ghanian forward Solomon Asante (a 2-time USL Championship Player of the Year), veteran English midfielder Charlie Adams (196 career USL Championship appearances), and the promising 20-year-old Dominican midfielder Edison Azcona (on loan from Inter Miami CF of MLS).

The hummel-adorned Lights kits will be under the national spotlight in 2024 as the USL Championship announced on Tuesday a multi-year renewal of its broadcast agreement with ESPN which will allow fans to enjoy all the action in the upcoming season on CBS Sports and ESPN networks. In combination with the previously announced CBS Sports right agreement, the USL men's professional leagues will combine for a record 35 nationally televised matches, nearly 4x the total in 2023.

Founded in 1923, hummel, an internationally renowned sportswear brand, is known for its iconic bumblebee logo and chevrons featured on many globally recognized teams. hummel's iconic look can be found on the jerseys of the Danish national team, the Premier League's Everton FC, Bundesliga clubs FC Cologne and Werder Bremen, Real Betis of La Liga as well as the many USL Championship and League One clubs. The Lights are the seventh club in the USL Championship to partner with the iconic Danish brand
