
Las Vegas Gladiators Sign Sean Riley

The Las Vegas Gladiators, of the Arena Football League, announced today they have signed WR/DB Sean Riley, who spent the first part of the 2003 season with the Grand Rapids Rampage, to their active roster.
Riley played in two games for Grand Rapids and caught eight passes for 72 yards and one touchdown. Riley spent his first three years in the AFL with the Milwaukee Mustangs where he was named second-team All-Arena in 2000. That season, Riley caught 96 passes for 1,349 yards and 27 touchdowns.
To make room on the roster, the Gladiators waived OL/DL Marlon Bush.
The Gladiators travel to New York for Saturday's contest against the New York Dragons. Kickoff is slated for 7:00 PM ET.

Often recognized as one of the nation's most affordable and fan-friendly sports leagues, the Arena Football League kicked off its 17th season and the first on NBC on Sunday, February 2, 2003. NBC will provide the AFL with unprecedented exposure by televising up to 70 games, including playoff contests and ArenaBowl XVII on June 22.
