Landmesser's All-Star Jersey On Ebay

SOUTHAVEN, MS --- Fans have a chance to own a piece of Derek Landmesser's appearance in the recent CHL All-Star Classic in Laredo earlier this month. Landmesser's jersey, and those of the other players in the January 13th event at the Laredo Entertainment Center, are currently on Ebay and available for fans to bid on.

Landmesser, the RiverKings captain and veteran defenseman, took part in his seventh CHL All-Star Game and second in Laredo. He played for the CHL All-Stars, representing all but the three South Texas teams of Laredo, Rio Grande Valley, and Corpus Christi.

The South Texas All-Stars won the game, 9-4.

The RiverKings have a big weekend ahead against the Missouri Mavericks both Friday and Saturday nights at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven. Friday is Faith and Family Night, supporting the Samaritans and Entergy's Power to Care Initiative. Saturday's game supports Ducks Unlimited with it also being declared "Pack the House Night" and an Arena White Out. Fans are urged to come out wearing white to support your home town hockey team as we pack the house with hockey fans Saturday night.

Fans will also have a chance both nights to support Compassion International's Haiti Earthquake relief effort by donating as they come in the door at the DeSoto Civic Center. All money raised both nights will go directly to the earthquake relief effort.
