
Lake Erie Assigns Dean Strong to Cutthroats

DENVER, Colo. - The Denver Cutthroats announced today that forward Dean Strong has been assigned to their roster from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Lake Erie Monsters.
The 5-foot-8, 190-pound Strong becomes the eighth player on the Cutthroats roster assigned from Lake Erie.
Strong is a Mississauga, Ontario native who brings 75 games of AHL experience with him to the Cutthroats roster, including five games this season for Lake Erie. He has tallied six goals and 17 assists for 23 points in his AHL career.
Before beginning his pro career, Strong competed at the University of Vermont from 2005-09. He is scheduled to join the Cutthroats for their Friday contest at the Allen Americans. Strong will wear #13 for the Fish this weekend.
Denver's contest against Allen on Friday is scheduled for a 6:05 PM MST start.
