The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) travels to face Nashville SC on Sunday, July 17. Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m. PT at GEODIS Park. (TV: KCOP 13, Estrella TV 62.2; Radio: 710 AM ESPN / ESPN app and 980 AM La Mera Mera)
LAFC enters their first ever duel vs. Nashville SC with a 12-4-3 record securing 39 points through the first 19 matches of the season.
Sunday's contest will mark LAFC's ninth road game this season, where the Black & Gold have claimed 13 of 28 points possible.
NEWS & NOTES:
- LAFC is 12-4-3 through 19 games played (39 points) good for second in the Western Conference.
- LAFC returns to the road with a 4-3-1 record and are still on the hunt for the team's first Western Conference road win of the season. Nashville is 2-1-2 against Western Conference opponents at Geodis Park.
- LAFC is second overall in MLS in goals scored this season with 38 goals in 19 games played. LAFC has outscored opponents 12-9 (aggregate) when playing on the road, with 10 different players netting goals away from home.
- Both of LAFC's newest players Giorgio Chiellini and Gareth Bale have been named to the traveling roster and could potentially make their MLS debut in Sunday's match.
