Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) travels to face Minnesota United on Saturday, July 15. Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m. PT at Allianz Field in St. Paul, MN. and will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and 710 AM ESPN LA and 980 AM La Mera Mera (ESP).

Saturday's contest is the ninth meeting between LAFC and Minnesota, with the Black & Gold owning a 2-2-4 (W-L-T) record vs. the Loons. Saturday's contest is the final MLS regular season match for LAFC before the Club participates in the 2023 Leagues Cup, a monumental new competition that features all 29 MLS clubs and 18 Liga MX teams competing in a World Cup-style tournament that will run from July 21 - Aug. 19.

NEWS & NOTES

LAFC enters Saturday's contest with 36 points and a 10-6-6 (W-L-T) record through 22 MLS games and ranks 2nd in the Western Conference.

LAFC have never won in Minnesota in their history. The Black & Gold have registered three consecutive ties at Allianz Field (2019, 2021, 2022) and lost to the Loons on the road at the University of Minnesota in 2018.

Midfielder Ilie Sánchez is one appearance from making his 200th MLS regular season appearance and will become the league's 201st player to reach that milestone.

Saturday's game will be LAFC's 33rd match in all competitions (MLS, Concacaf Champions League, Open Cup) since Feb. 15. The 33 games played to start a season through July 15 is the most played in MLS history, FIVE more than the Seattle Sounders, who also went to the Concacaf Champions League Final in 2022.

LAFC became the fastest team in MLS history to reach 350 regular season goals when Carlos Vela scored in the 72nd minute vs. St. Louis on July 12. LAFC reached 350 regular season goals in a record 180 games.
