
LAFC Introduces Stacy Johns as New Chief Financial Officer

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) today announced the Club's newest hire, Chief Financial Officer Stacy Johns. Johns takes over for current CFO Jim Bailey, who moves into an executive consulting role and will work with senior management, managing owners and the Club's board of directors.
Johns joins the Black & Gold from the NFL, where she spent 16 years as a key leader in finance and accounting with the Indianapolis Colts. Johns will focus on leading and developing the strategy for the finance and accounting department, as well as coordinating fiscal accountability across all verticals of the business. Johns currently serves on the Saints Francis and Clare Finance Council and was recently appointed to the board of directors of the L.A. Sports Council.
Additionally, the Club today announced a new revenue structure, combining Corporate Partnership Sales, Partnership Marketing, Ticket Sales & Service and Business & Data Strategy, which will be overseen by Ryan Bishara in his new role as Executive Vice President of Revenue and Strategy. Bishara will be supported by a leadership team that includes Kristen Kuhn, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, and Brendan Boyle, Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service.
A recent Forbes 30-Under-30 award winner, Bishara was promoted twice in three years by spearheading the creation of the Club's Business & Data Strategy department, which has been recognized by Major League Soccer as the back-to-back (2018 and 2019) Business Analytics Team of the Year.
Kristen Kuhn, in her role as SVP of Corporate Partnerships will now oversee Partnership Sales in addition to Partnership Marketing for all corporate partners of the Club, Banc of California Stadium and their respective businesses. Kuhn has been an integral member of the LAFC leadership team and an essential contributor to the Club's record-breaking success, dating back to 2017 when she joined the Club as Director, Brand & Community and then as Vice President, Partnership Marketing, Brand & Community. In her three seasons at LAFC, Kuhn has established the new standard for partnership marketing in Major League Soccer, as LAFC was recognized as the MLS Corporate Partnerships Team of the Year in 2018.
Brendan Boyle will continue in his role as Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service, leading a sales department responsible for selling out every single MLS regular season and playoff game ever played at Banc of California Stadium and selling out all season ticket memberships. A veteran in the sales and service space, Boyle and his team have been honored the past two seasons by MLS, winning the Ticket Sales Team of Year award in 2019 and receiving honors at the MLS 2018 Individual Sales and Service Awards, with LAFC employees occupying eight of the top 10 highest new FSE sales spots in the league.
