LA Galaxy Defender Martín Cáceres Undergoes Successful Knee Surgery

LOS ANGELES - The LA Galaxy today announced that defender Martín Cáceres underwent successful surgery on an avulsion fracture in his left knee. A timeline for Cáceres' recovery is approximately three to five months.
Cáceres, 36, has tallied two goals in 18 games played (18 starts) across all competitions for the LA Galaxy during the 2023 campaign.
The LA Galaxy return to league action by traveling to face the San Jose Earthquakes at Stanford Stadium on Saturday, July 1 (7:30 p.m. PT; MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, LA Galaxy Radio, LA Galaxy Spanish Radio).
