Kwasi Poku Named CPL Player of the Week for Week 24

The Canadian Premier League announced Tuesday that Forge FC defender Kwasi Poku has been named a CPL Player of the Week for week 24.

Poku, 20, recorded one assist, one tackle, and one interception and was the standout player in Forge FC's 3-1 victory over Pacific FC in the clubs' matchup this week. The native of Brampton, Ontario currently has two goals and two assists on the season for Forge FC.
