Kroger and Fever Introduce Ticket Specials

INDIANAPOLIS - Tickets are on sale for the WNBA's Eastern Conference Finals this week which begin Wednesday when the Indiana Fever visits the defending WNBA champion Detroit Shock. When the series shifts to Conseco Fieldhouse for Game 2, Friday, and possibly Game 3 on Saturday, the Fever and Kroger are providing a pair of special ticket offers to local fans.

Fans with Kroger Plus Cards may present their card at the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office, or enter a Kroger Plus Card number online (www.wnba.com/fever/plus.html), in order to purchase lower level seats to Games 2 or 3, for just $12 while supplies last.

Another offer is a Fever 4-pack for fans that purchase tickets in groups of four. Fans may purchase four tickets for just $48 and receive four Fever t-shirts.

The first 5,000 fans inside Conseco Fieldhouse for this weekend's game(s) will receive cheer sticks and cheer cards courtesy of Kinetico and Subaru. The Fever playoffs are presented by Kinetico and Subaru.

The winner of the Indiana vs. Detroit series will advance to the WNBA Finals which begin Tuesday, Sept. 29.

Advancing to the WNBA Playoffs for a fifth consecutive season while celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Indiana Fever hosts Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Sept. 25. Led by five time WNBA All-Star and two-time Olympic gold medalist Tamika Catchings, Olympic silver medalist Tully Bevilaqua, 2008 WNBA Most Improved Player Ebony Hoffman and two-time WNBA All-Stars Katie Douglas and Tammy Sutton-Brown, the Fever bids for its first appearance in the WNBA Finals.
