Fort Wayne, IN --- Single game tickets for all Komet 2007-08 exhibition and regular season home games will go on sale this Friday, Sep. 21 at 10am at the Coliseum Ticket Office and online at www.ticketmaster.com.

The Komet's 2007-08 International Hockey League (IHL) campaign begins at home Saturday, Oct. 20 against the Port Huron IceHawks at 7:30pm. The Komets will host 2 preseason tilts including Wednesday, Oct. 10 against the Bloomington PrairieThunder at 7:30pm and Saturday, Oct. 13 against the Kalamazoo Wings at 7:30pm. Komet season tickets continue on sale at the Komet office at 1010 Memorial Way in Fort Wayne. Fans can also call for information at (260) 483-0011, make inquiries via email at komets@komets.com or visit the Komet's website at www.komets.com. -Komet Schedule- Komet roster swells to 24 with the addition of 2 rookies to the preseason lineup. The Komets announced Wednesday that winger Olivier Legault and defenseman Clay Lewis have agreed to terms and will be in the Komet camp when it starts Monday, Oct. 8 at the Coliseum.

Legault, who turns 21 Oct. 2, has played in Quebec Juniors the last 5 seasons. Last year the skater appeared in 44 games with Terrebonne (QJAHL) posting 16 goals and 32 points while accumulating 205 penalty minutes.

The Chibougamau, Quebec native (6-5, 242 lbs) was selected by Florida in round 4 of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

Lewis, 24, has skated the last 3 seasons with Buffalo State (ECAC). The rookie defenseman (6-4, 220 lbs) posted 10 assists and 85 penalty minutes last year in 34 games.

The Komet's preseason roster currently has 24 players including 14 forwards, 7 defensemen and 3 goaltenders.

The Komet's will kick off the 2007 training camp with the annual noon press luncheon at the Coliseum Oct. 8. More details will be forthcoming.

IHL Officials Camp Saturday at McMillen......IHL vice president of hockey operations Brad Jones will be instructing the new IHL officials of the rule modifications for 2007-08. "The IHL board of governors have advised Brad on how the games should be called this year to insure a more fan friendly form of entertainment," Komet president and IHL Chairman of the Board Michael Franke said. The on-ice officials camp will be held this Saturday, Sep. 22, at McMillen Arena in Fort Wayne.
