
Komets activate Chaulk from I.R.

Fort Wayne, IN - The Komets announced Tuesday that veteran center Colin Chaulk is expected to return to the Fort Wayne lineup and see his first action since Jan. 3rd when the Komets host the Flint Generals Wednesday at 7:30pm at the Memorial Coliseum.
Chaulk has been on the injured reserve list since Jan. 6 and has missed 34 games. Chaulk appeared in 28 games prior to injury scoring five goals and 38 assists for 43 points.
The Komets also announced Tuesday that rookie center Maxime Gravelle was placed on waivers to make room on the roster for Chaulk's return. Gravelle scored four goals and added 10 assists for 14 points in 59 games.
The Komets will skate three home games this week in four nights starting with Wednesday night's tilt against the Generals at 7:30. Flint returns for their last visit of the season Friday at 8pm. Saturday the Komets welcome the Port Huron Icehawks for the final visit of the regular season at 7:30pm. Sunday the Komets complete the week with their final trip of the season to Flint for a 4pm faceoff.

Wednesday's Komet home game will be aired on ESPN Radio AM 1380. Games this Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be broadcast on WOWO Radio AM 1190 with Bob Chase calling the play-by-play radio rinkside. All Komet games are also webcast free at www.komets.com Comcast KometCast.
