
"Knuckles" to Appear at Miles for Medals Walk

Glens Falls, NY â The Adirondack Frostbite, proud member of the United Hockey League, will be participating in the Miles for Medals Walk Saturday on the Adirondack Community College Campus to benefit Special Olympics New York. The Frostbite Mascot "Knuckles" will be making an appearance from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. "Knuckles" will be available for autographs, pictures and handshakes before the walkers begin their walk.
"Knuckles" will continue to be very busy in the month of May as this is his third of nine public appearances this month. Later in May "Knuckles" will be at the Puck Whacker 3-on-3 Roller Hockey Tournament at East Field, the Glens Falls Memorial Day Parade and a St. Jude's Children's Hospital fundraiser as well as many others. Season Tickets for the 2005-06 season are available through the Frostbite team office which can be contacted at (518) 926-PUCK. Adult tickets are $359 while juniors and seniors are only $309. The Frostbite office will be open all summer long as well. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
