
Knox Eyeing CBA Coach of the Month for January

Anderson, IN (January 29, 2007) - Indiana Alley Cats head coach Carlos Knox is headed towards earning the CBA Coach of the Month honors for the month of January. Knox has his team out to a tremendous start to the new year.
Knox, in his first season as head coach of the Alley Cats, has led Indiana to a 9-2 mark so far this month. He is a perfect 5-0 on the road, including a two game sweep at division-leading Albany. In the nine victories, his squad has won by an average of nine points. With only two games remaining in January, he has the chance to finish 11 games over .500 this month. In the 11 games the Alley Cats have played this month, they have averaged 5.05 quarter points per game. Due to his team's success, four of his players have landed a spot on the American Conference All-Star team.
The Alleys Cats are in Great Falls to begin a four game road trip. They are set to play the Explorers tomorrow night at 9:05 EST.
