
Kinnie named Player of the Week

FLINT, MI - The Flint Generals of the United Hockey League are very happy to announce that rookie right wing Mike Kinnie was named the Sherwood/U.H.L. Player of the Week ending March 6, 2005.
In three games, Kinnie notched five goals and two assists for seven points and was plus two. Kinnie recorded the three-goal hat trick and figured in all four goals in the Generals 4-2 victory at Kalamazoo last Wednesday. Kinnie also tallied a power play goal against Motor City on Sunday afternoon and chipped in with one goal and one assist in Flint's 6-2 victory over Missouri on Friday night.
The Generals are home this morning, Tuesday, March 8, 2005 against the Muskegon Fury at Perani's Arena at 11:00 a.m. Tickets are on sale at any TicketMaster location.
