
Kings Sign Forward Flinn To One-Year Deal

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with left wing Ryan Flinn, Kings Senior Vice President/General Manager Dave Taylor announced today. As per team policy, terms of the agreement were not announced.
Flinn, 25, appeared in 14 games last season with the Monarchs, recording two points (1-1=2) and 112 penalty minutes. The native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, has appeared in 29 career NHL games, all with the Kings, recording a goal (1-0=1) and 79 penalty minutes.
The 6-foot-5, 235-pounder was originally selected by the New Jersey Devils in the fifth-round (143rd overall) of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft and was signed as a free agent by the Kings on January 9, 2003.
