Kingfish to Host Spooky Sprint 5K

Kenosha, Wis. - The Kenosha Kingfish will host its second annual Spooky Sprint 5K on Saturday, October 10 to benefit the Aurora Health Care Foundation in Kenosha. The event will start at 9am with the Spooky Sprint, a 5K Fun Run/Walk starting in downtown Kenosha, and end at the home plate of Simmons Field. This unique 5K will feature a costume contest as costumes are encouraged for fans of all ages. In addition to the 5K, the event will also feature a separate 1K Fun Run for kids 12 and under. The 1K will take place at Simmons Field and will be free.

The Spooky Sprint is $25 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and under. Proceeds from this year's Spooky Sprint will go towards the Aurora Health Care Foundation in Kenosha. All 5K participants will receive a free t-shirt and a complimentary beverage at the stadium upon completion of the race.
