
Kingfish Announce Hiring of Rich Marks as New Food and Beverage Director

Kenosha, Wis. - May 24, 2015. The Kingfish have hired Rich Marks as the new Director of Food and Beverage. Marks is an instrumental addition to the Kingfish staff and will assist in bringing in an expanded food and beverage menu to Simmons Field. The Kingfish have installed a new trail behind smoker that will be used to feature a smoked brisket with red wine slaw along with several other new items on the menu for the 2015 season.
Marks comes to the Kingfish after spending over 15 years at the grand Massanutten Resort in Virginia. The Massanutten Resort includes two golf courses, a waterpark, ski slopes, and many restaurants. He started in 1995 as an entry-level position and rose to the title of general manger and purchasing agent. Marks is thrilled for the opportunity to work for the Big Top Baseball organization and the Kenosha Kingfish. He hopes fans will enjoy the updated menu items at Simmons Field that translates into a more enjoyable game day experience.
With only three days left until the start of the season, the Kingfish are also ecstatic to announce expanded parking space. Last season, the Kingfish had over 700 free parking spots. The Kingfish have added an additional 71 free parking spots for the 2015 season to accommodate fans.
