Kick-Off Change on Canada Day

Toronto FC News Release
Toronto FC announced Wednesday that the start time of the Nutrilite Canadian Championship match against the Vancouver Whitecaps at BMO Field has been rescheduled. Kick-off is now scheduled for 4p.m. ET - instead of the originally slated 3p.m. start.
The change was made after a timing conflict on the Exhibition grounds with the CHIN Picnic Bicycle Race. Race organizers have offered to change their schedule to help accommodate Toronto FC fans gain easier access to the grounds on game day to avoid conflict.
CBC television will still carry the match live beginning at 4p.m.
These two Nutrilite Canadian Championship matches are the only remaining chance for fans to see Toronto FC in action this season as MLS regular season games at BMO Field are sold out. Tickets for the contest against Vancouver on July 1, as well as the game against the Montreal Impact on July 22 are available now. Log on to the Toronto FC website at www.torontofc.ca to purchase your tickets, or for groups of ten or more, call (416) 360-GOAL.
